Regency Style

I just finished watching the 2009 PBS version of Emma- the best one, in my opinion! My roommate and I were discussing how the lovely the costuming is, and how we wish girls could still dress in that style and attend balls! Emma's wardrobe is my favorite; I love her pink-hued gowns and charming accessories. I also enjoyed Frank Churchill's costumes, which are of a much flashier and bolder style than those of Mr. Knightley, whose pieces are classic and reserved.

Beautiful Homes- Gwyneth Paltrow

I absolutely adore Gwyneth Paltrow's home in the Hamptons. The interior is girly chic with a modern touch. My favorite is the shot of Gwyneth's bedroom, which I used as inspiration when re-designing my own bedroom last summer. Enjoy!
